3. Right to vote.

(1)An adult citizen shall exercise the right to vote specified in Article 38(3) of the Constitution in accordance with this Act.

(2)A citizen shall exercise the right to vote if the citizen is registered in the Register of Voters.[Act No. 36 of 2016, s. 26.]
