38. Holding of elections.
After a notice of an election has been published in the Gazette under sections 14, 16, 17 and 19, every returning officer shall proceed to hold the election according to the terms of the notice and in accordance with the regulations relating to elections.[Act No. 47 of 2012, Sch.]Source: Kenya Law
