79. Procedure of election court on receipt of petition.
Upon receipt of a petition, an election court shall peruse the petition and—(a)if it considers that no sufficient ground for granting the relief claimed is disclosed therein may reject the petition summarily; or(b)fix a date for the trial of the petition.
