101. Display of licences and permits

(1)Every licence or permit or a certified copy thereof, shall, except when lodged with the Authority for any of the purposes of this Act, be maintained and displayed within the premises of the licensee.

(2)A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one million shillings.
