186. Decommissioning and abandonment
(1)At the conclusion of activities under this Act every person shall be required to remove all infrastructure they may have brought to the land for purposes of his or her operations, rehabilitate the land and carry out any other action that may be prescribed.(2)All decommissioning activities undertaken pursuant to subsection (1) must meet such good practices as may be prescribed by the Cabinet Secretary in regulations.
