89. Charges payable for extraction of geothermal resources for certain purposes

(1)The Cabinet Secretary shall upon recommendation of the Authority formulate regulations to determine the prescribed levies and rentals for the extraction of geothermal resources for industrial or commercial purposes.

(2)The Cabinet Secretary shall levy the prescribed fees, and rentals for the extraction of geothermal resources for industrial or commercial purposes in accordance with subsection (1).
