15. Limitation of liability
(1)A member of the Board shall not be personally liable for any act or default of the Board done or omitted to be done in good faith in the course of carrying on the functions of, or exercising of powers conferred upon the Board under this Act.(2)Despite the provisions of subsection (1), the Board shall not be relieved of its liability to pay compensation to any person for any injury to him, his property or to any of his interest caused by the exercise of any power conferred by this Act or by failure, whether wholly or partially, of any works.
