39. Funds of the Board

39. Funds of the Board
(1)The Funds of the Board shall comprise of—(a)monies appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Board;(b)the Engineers Training Levy Fund;(c)donations, grants, loans or gifts made to the Board and approved by the Cabinet Secretary and the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance;(d)monies and revenue earned from the activities of the Board under this Act;(e)licence fees charged in accordance with this Act; and(f)such sums as may in any manner become payable to or vested in the Board either under the provisions of this Act or any other written law.(2)There shall be paid out of the funds of the Board any expenditure incurred by the Board in the exercise of its powers or the performance of its functions under this Act.
