34. Payment for alteration or modification of designs
If, after the completion of the inception stage under rule 6, any design whether completed or in progress or any specifications, drawings or other documents prepared in whole or in part by the professional engineer is required to be modified or revised on instructions from the client, or by reason of circumstances which could not reasonably have been foreseen by the engineer or firm, the engineer or firm shall be paid—Source: Kenya Law
