38. Payment following termination by the professional engineer
If there is a termination by the engineer or firm of professional services, except where the termination was occasioned by the default or negligence of the engineer or firm, the engineer or firm shall be entitled to be paid the sums specified in rule 36 (1) and (c) after deducting any payments previously made to the engineer or firm.Source: Kenya Law
