Notwithstanding the provisions of this Act—(a)any orders or notices made or issued by the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission shall be deemed to have been made or issued under this Act;(b)any function transaction, investigation, prosecution carried out by or on behalf of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission, civil proceedings or any other legal or other process in respect of any matter carried out under the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act (Cap. 65) or any other law, before the commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have been carried out under this Act.(c)Save as otherwise provided for in this Act any undertaking or responsibility falling on the Kenya Anti-Corruption Advisory Board shall be assumed by the Commission.
