13. Disclosure of information
(1)The Authority or any officer or servant of the Authority shall not disclose to any person or use any return or information acquired under section 12(2) except for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the Authority unless required to do so by a court of law.(2)Any officer or servant of the Authority who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
