1. This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Contiguous and Foreign Countries) (People’s Republic of China) Order, 2023.2. The Attorney-General declares that Part II of the Act shall apply in the case of the People’s Republic of China, subject to the conditions, exceptions and qualifications specified in the Treaty set out in the Schedule.3. This Order shall remain in force for the duration of the Treaty set out in the Schedule.
