19. Term and conditions of appointment
(1)The appointments of the members to the Board and Committee in this Part shall be in such a manner that the respective expiry of their terms shall fall at different dates.(2)The members referred to in subsection (1) shall be appointed for a term of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one further term of three years.
