8. Appointment of analysts and inspectors
The Cabinet Secretary on the recommendation of the Board, may by notice in the Gazette appoint suitably qualified analysts and inspectors for the purposes of this Act:Provided that a person shall not, while holding such appointment, engage in any business connected with the manufacture, sale or distribution of fertilizers or animal foodstuffs.[Act No. 20 of 2015, s. 7.]Source: Kenya Law
