127. Transshipment at sea prohibited
(1)Except as otherwise provided pursuant to this Act, no person shall engage in transhipment activities at sea.(2)Any person including the operator of a vessel used for transhipment, who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not less than ten million shillings or to a term of imprisonment not less than ten years or to both.
