59. Harmonization of fish safety and quality standards
The Director-General may, pursuant to the Treaty Making and Ratification Act (Cap. 4D) in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary enter into arrangements or agreements with other States within shared fishery resources for the purpose of harmonization of fish safety and quality standards.Source: Kenya Law
