79. Information to be true, complete and correct
(1)Any information given, furnished or maintained or required to be given, furnished or maintained under this Act shall be true, complete and accurate.(2)A person who keeps, furnishes or communicates any accounts, records, returns or information by or under this Act, and gives, furnishes, or maintains information which is false, misleading or inaccurate in contravention of subsection (1) in any material respect, commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of three hundred and fifty thousand shillings or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three years or to both, and any relevant licence issued pursuant to this Act which is held by such person may be revoked.
