20. Audit of food safety or feed safety mechanisms
(1)The Controller shall conduct an audit of the food safety or feed safety mechanisms of a competent authority to ascertain compliance and enforcement.(2)The Controller in liaison with the competent authorities, shall develop the criteria for conducting the audit under subsection (1).(3)Upon conducting an audit under subsection (1), the Controller shall prepare an audit report and submit the report to the Cabinet Secretary responsible for the competent authority and each County Government.
