24. Reference laboratory
(1)The Controller in consultation with the relevant competent authorities shall designate a laboratory as a reference laboratory for confirmatory testing.(2)Upon receipt of an adverse report, the results of an audit conducted under this Act or a complaint by a consumer, the Controller shall conduct confirmatory testing at a designated laboratory for food and feed safety control.
