22. Standards of chemical substances
Where a standard has been prescribed for a chemical substance, any person who labels, packages, sells or advertises any other substance in such a manner that it is likely to be mistaken for that chemical substance shall be guilty of an offence unless the substance complies with the prescribed standard for such chemical substance.Source: Kenya Law
