34. Power of court to order licence to be cancelled
On the conviction of any person for any offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder, the court may, in addition to any other penalty which it may lawfully impose, cancel any licence issued under this Act, or any regulations made thereunder, to such person.Source: Kenya Law
