8. Prohibited sale of drugs

8. Prohibited sale of drugs

Any person who sells any drug that—

(a)is adulterated; or

(b)consists in whole or in part of any filthy, putrid, disgusting, rotten, decomposed or diseased substance or foreign matter, shall be guilty of an offence.
