106. Unauthorized racing
A person who holds a race meeting or owns or operates a racecourse without a valid licence commits an offence and shall upon conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding four million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four years, or to both.Source: Kenya Law
