34. Converted securities to be cancelled
The securities exchanged or otherwise converted into stock under this Act shall be forthwith cancelled by the Crown Agents, and the debentures surrendered shall be cancelled and transmitted to the Minister.[l.n. 303/1964.]Source: Kenya Law
