2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—"Board" means the Geologists Registration Board established by section 3;"register" means the register of geologists kept in accordance with section 6 and includes all or any particular parts thereof;"registered geologists" means a person whose name is for the time being entered in the register as a registered geologist;"registered graduate geologist" means a person whose name is for the time being entered in the register as a registered graduate geologist;"Registrar" means the Registrar of the Board appointed under section 5.Source: Kenya Law
