2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—“Council” means the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health established under section 27 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (No. 15 of 2007);“financial year” means the period of twelve months ending on the 30th June in each year;“Fund” means the Occupational Safety and Health Fund established under regulation 3;“Minister” means the Minister for the time being responsible for Labour; and“officer administering the Fund” means the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry for the time being responsible for labour.Source: Kenya Law
