12. Winding-up of the Fund
In the event of winding up of the Fund, the cash balances shall be transferred to the Exchequer while other assets of Fund shall be transferred to the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to the coordination of the rehabilitation, conservation and sustainable management of Kenya water towers.Source: Kenya Law
