16. Procedures of the search and selection panel
(1)The search and selection panel shall develop its procedures for the search and selection of persons suitable for nomination as members of the Boards of directors under this Act.(2)The search and selection panel shall maintain a proper record of all its meetings, including minutes, in such manner as it may determine.
