26. Business plan
(1)The Board of a Government Owned Enterprise shall, prior to the commencement of a financial year, adopt a business plan based on its strategic plan.(2)The business plan shall be effective on the first day of the financial year to which it applies.(3)The business plan of a Government Owned Enterprise shall form the basis of annual performance contracts to be signed between the Cabinet Secretary and the Government Owned Enterprise.
