6. Roles of the relevant Cabinet Secretary

The relevant Cabinet Secretary may—

(a)propose the establishment of a Government Owned Enterprise for consideration by the Cabinet Secretary;

(b)formulate sectoral policies that shall be applicable to Government Owned Enterprises and private enterprises in the sector; and

(c)propose Public Service Obligations to the Cabinet Secretary for assignment to Government Owned Enterprises, where necessary.
