92. Partnership agreements
(1)Where appropriate, and subject to the provisions of the Public Private Partnerships Act (Cap. 430), the Cabinet Secretary and the County Governors shall be entitled to enter into partnership agreements with companies operating in the private sector in order to develop specific services or facilities that will serve the needs of public health.(2)Counties or individual facilities may similarly enter into agreements of this type with the private sector subject to the provisions of the Public Private Partnerships Act (Cap. 430).
