17. Maintenance of register
(1)The Registrar shall maintain a register of Managers with respective categories reflecting their areas of specialty.(2)The Registrar shall, not later than the last day of March in every year, cause to be published in the Gazette, the names and addresses of all Managers Registered in the previous year.
