22. Custody of registers
(1)The Registrar shall, under the direction of the Board, compile and maintain custody of—(a)a register of Technicians;(b)a register of Officers; and(c)such other registers as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary.(2)Subject to the payment of a retention fee, there shall be entered and maintained in the appropriate register the name and address of every person entitled to be registered under this Act together with his professional qualifications and such other particulars as may be prescribed by the Board.
