(1)A Manager whose conduct has been referred to the Committee shall be afforded a fair hearing and may appear either in person or be represented by an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.(2)The Committee may administer oaths or affirmation and may, subject to any Regulations, summon and enforce the attendance of persons as witnesses and the production of books and documents or other relevant evidence, on request by either party.(3)Subject to any Regulations made under this Act, the Committee shall regulate its own procedure.
