33. Restoration of registration

33. Restoration of registration
(1)A Manager whose name has been removed from the register may appeal to the Board for restoration of his or her name in the register after the expiry of a period of three years from the date of such removal.(2)The Board may, after considering the appeal made under subsection (1) cause the name of the person appealing to be restored in the register upon payment of the prescribed fee.
