24. Powers of inspector to prosecute.
An inspector appointed under section 22 or any other person authorized by the Board in writing, may, subject to the general or special directions of the Director of Public Prosecutions, prosecute in any court for all offences under this Act and for that purpose have all the powers conferred on a public prosecutor by the Criminal Procedure Code.[Act No. 19 of 2023, Sch.]Source: Kenya Law
