8. Delegation of powers
(1)The Board may delegate to any of its Committees such of its powers and duties as it may deem necessary.(2)Except with the written authority of the Board, no act of a Committee shall be binding on the Board until it has been approved by the Board.(3)Any person aggrieved by a decision of a Committee, may appeal to the Board within sixty days from the date of such decision and in every such appeal, the decision of the Board shall be final and not subject to a further appeal in any court.
