17. Pre-test and post-test counseling

17. Pre-test and post-test counseling
(1)Every testing centre shall provide pre-test and post-test counselling to a person undergoing an HIV test and any other person likely to be affected by the results of such test.(2)The Ministry responsible for matters relating to health shall enhance the capacities of testing centres by ensuring the training of competent personnel to provide the services required by this Act to be provided at such centres.
