21. Registration of human resource firms

21. Registration of human resource firms

Subject to the provisions of this Act, a person may register a human resource firm if—

(a)the firm has a certificate of registration of a business name or certificate of incorporation;

(b)the firm has at least one partner or principle shareholder who is registered as a human resource professional and who has a valid practising certificate; and

(c)the person fulfills any other condition as may be stipulated by the Council.
