35. Lifting of suspension
(1)Where a human resource professional has been suspended from practising; he or she may appeal to the Council for the lifting of the suspension at any time before the expiry thereof.(2)Where the Council is satisfied in respect of any human resource professional that he or she should have his or her suspension lifted, the Council shall, upon the receipt of the prescribed fee, lift the suspension and restore to the human resource professional, his or her registration and practising certificate.
