28. Funds of the Board

28. Funds of the Board
The funds and assets of the Board shall consist of—(a)such moneys or assets as may accrue to or vest in the Board in the course of the exercise of the powers or the performance of its functions under this Act;(b)such moneys as may be payable to the Board pursuant to this Act or any other written law;(c)such gifts as may be given to the Board;(d)such moneys as may be appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Board; and(e)all moneys from any other source provided, donated or lent to the Board.
