24. Annual report

(1)Within six months after the end of each financial year, the Commission shall present its annual report to the President and submit the same to Parliament.

(2)The annual report shall in respect of the year to which it relates, contain—

(a)the financial statements of the Commission;

(ba)progress made in the continuous registration of citizens as voters and the progressive realisation of the right to vote of citizens residing outside Kenya and prisoners;

(b)the activities the Commission has undertaken; and

(c)any other information, the Commission may consider relevant.
