45. Grant, registration and publication of a patent

(1)Unless an application has been rejected under or a patent has been refused under section 41 or 44, a patent shall be granted and issued to the applicant in the prescribed form.

(2)Every patent granted under subsection (1) shall be registered, and shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, be published by the Managing Director in the manner prescribed in the regulations.[Act No. 11 of 2017, Sch.]
