7A. Permission to train

7A. Permission to train

(1)An employer who wishes to carry out training under this Act shall first obtain the written permission of the Director-General to do so.

(2)No permission shall be granted under this section unless the trainer who is to carry out the training has been approved and registered for purposes of training under this Act.[Act No. 34 of 2011, s. 13.]
