15. Delegation of duties of the Chief Executive Officer
(1)In the event of the incapacity of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chairperson of the Board may appoint an officer of the Authority to carry out the functions of the Chief Executive Officer during the period of incapacity.(2)In this section "incapacity" includes absence from Kenya or inability for any reason to perform the functions of the office
