122. Liability for rentcharge on bankrupt's land after disclaimer
(1)If land disclaimed by the bankruptcy trustee is subject to a rentcharge, the vesting of that land in any other person (including the State), or the person's successors in title, does not make any of them personally liable for the rentcharge.(2)Subsection (1) does not affect the liability of a person for a rentcharge accruing after the person has taken possession or control of the land.
