145. Bankrupt to give bankruptcy trustee information relating to property
A bankrupt shall—(a)as soon as practicable after being adjudged bankrupt—(i)give the bankruptcy trustee a complete and accurate list of the bankrupt's property and of the bankrupt's creditors and debtors, and update the lists as necessary;(ii)give the bankruptcy trustee any other information relating to the bankrupt's property that that trustee requires;(b)attend before the bankruptcy trustee at all reasonable times whenever required by that trustee to so; and(c)verify any statement by statutory declaration when required by that trustee to do so.
