287. Jurisdiction of the Court in relation to composition and deed of composition
(1)After the preliminary resolution has been passed, the Court continues to have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the composition and the deed of composition, and their administration.(2)On an application in relation to the composition, the deed of composition, or their administration, the Court—(a)for the purpose of summoning and examining the bankrupt and witnesses, may direct the proceeding as if it were a proceeding under Division 17; and(b)may make such order or orders as it considers appropriate, including an order as to the costs of the application.
