547. Further restrictions on making appointments under section 541
(1)An appointment may not be made under section 541 unless the person who makes the appointment has complied with the requirements of section 545 and 546 and—(a)the period of notice specified in section 545(1) has expired; or(b)each person to whom notice has been given under section 545(1) has consented in writing to the making of the appointment.(2)An appointment may not be made under section 541 after the period of fourteen days beginning with the date on which the notice of intention to appoint is lodged under section 546(1).
